Installation

Stable release

To install quantify, run this command in your terminal:

$ pip install quantify-scheduler

This is the preferred method to install quantify, as it will always install the most recent stable release.

If you don’t have pip installed, this Python installation guide can guide you through the process.

From sources

The sources for quantify can be downloaded from the GitLab repo.

You can either clone the public repository:

$ git clone git://gitlab.com/quantify-os/quantify-scheduler

Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:

$ pip install .

Jupyter and plotly

Quantify-scheduler uses the ploty graphing framework for some components, which can require some additional set-up to run with a Jupyter environment - please see this page for details.
